About Hazel English

I have a passionate interest in training: helping people to succeed gives me great satisfaction. Many years of being a manager and a trainer have given me valuable experience in developing the potential of the people I work with.

The best teachers are good listeners – I like to find out what people want to gain from a course and how they like to learn. Listening to your business needs, being receptive to individuals’ ideas, drawing upon people’s work experiences and working with actual office issues – these are highly effective strategies for putting training into practice. I can respond to individual training needs with online coaching, as well as working to develop the whole group.

I have developed a virtual learning environment, the “Learning Room” as a tool for individuals and groups in organisations to learn techniques, read relevant information, discuss issues with myself and fellow learners and manage effective learning.

Training should be fun as well as stimulating - people learn best when they are relaxed. My role is to provide you with the opportunity and the inspiration to achieve your goals.
